Loads Of New Possible Details On The Dark Knight Rises Revealed!

Although they've labelled them as a "rumor", Collider have been informed by a reliable source that Eva Green and Naomi Watts have joined the cast, a specific date for when filming begins and new details on the Batmobile and Batcave...
Collider have posted an article full of interesting new information about the highly anticipated third installment in Christopher Nolan's Batman series, that they were given by what they believe to be a reliable source. Responsible for many great scoops in the past, I'm inclined to believe them if they're confident about the authenticity of this. First up, a source tells us that Eva Green and Naomi Watts have been cast in the film. The source doesn’t know which roles they’re playing, but believes they’ve been cast as Talia al Ghul and Vicki Vale, respectively.

The same source also tells us that principal photography is set to begin on May 6th with post-production set to begin on November 28th.

Our source "Raphael" tells us that the new Batmobile (aka The Tumbler) has been redesigned as a sleeker version, but still powerful and with all the gadgets. As for the Batcave, it will be the same cave we saw in Batman Begins and they’re attempting to keep the classic stuff like the circular bay for the Batmobile, but keep the look modern. They’re also setting up the Batcomputer and storage for the Batsuits.

The Dark Knight Rises is set to be released on July 20, 2012!

Saw this report last night after work. interesting rumors indeed if any of the collider report is true. Also ap did u see the other report about additional actress whoe are also currently being looked at for what ever the female leads are. I don't recall all the names besides keira knoghtly and anne hathaway still being mentioned.

Buddy, you ain't kidding. Most stuff from BB was predictable because the script had leaked. But, apart from one or two twists, TDK was pretty much kept under lock and key. People put a lot of theories out there, and I guess by weight of numbers, some shit inevitably ended up being right. But for every right theory out there, you had at least five or six completely bogus ideas floating around.

TDKRises? Different story there, dude. A LOT of stuff that's been confirmed about the movie has been making the rounds in rumor territory for quite a while now. The Talia thing has been out there for, what, a year? More? Is it something to frown on when the director of the damn movie doesn't have better, more creative ideas than the fanbase?

I think the death of Heath Ledger affected a lot of Nolan's ability with future Bat-films. I believe Nolan was fairly hyped to do a sequel with Ledger as the Joker once again, but then when he died, Nolan was devastated. So then he didn't even want to do a 3rd film for like the longest time. So what changed his mind? The fans? Or to quote Van Hagar, did Nolan just want to 'finish what he started'?
